CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking Financial Analysts to support the Defense Intelligence Agency Financial Management Services Division.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Provide analytical and subject matter expertise to the CFO and subordinate offices
- Research, review, investigate, reconcile, and clear unpaid obligations and balances
- Review, verify, validate, update, track, and process Financial Plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to develop process improvements, and communicate new processes to stakeholders
- Update and document current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); implement approved processes
- Retrieve documents, review for fiscal validity, and communicate necessary to clarifications and / or corrections
- Analyze data and identify solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for processing transactions
- Manage DIA debt processing and confidential military purchase fund transactions
- Perform economic, regulatory, and data analysis
- Develop and implement performance measures
- Identify lessons learned to establish trends and resolutions to improve effectiveness.
- Provide support in completing monthly and annual tasks in support of audit readiness
Perform other client- and program-directed duties as assigned
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement.
Expected salary range : $80,000-$100,000.
