Requirements :
- Experience troubleshooting general IT related issues
- Good communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with LAN / WAN terminologies
- Familiarity with basic hardware terminologies
- Ability to respond to mission critical needs on an on-call basis (10%)
- High School diploma or GED
- Active TS / SCI clearance with Polygraph

Salary Range : A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
The expected salary range for this position is : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
