About The Role To provide customer service actions and perform intake processing.
Responsibilities Monitor and respond to the Program Support Center (PSC / ISBS) Intake Resource mailbox on a daily basis
- Retrieve and review submitted security packages for on-board processing for all assigned personnel
- Provide customer service and status to sponsors, security liaisons, applicants, and contractors concerning submission of security packages
- Track security packages to ensure accurate processing
- Update PSC / ISBS multiple security databases on a daily basis
- Must be able to multiple task and adapt to a fast pace environment
- Perform other basic customer service administrative functions
Qualifications / Requirements Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
