What You Will Do... Primary responsibilities will include :
- Lead team of information technology professionals for cyber security compliance for SIPRNet enclave.
- Apply Secure Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) best practices to classified information systems, networking equipment, and applicable software / applications
- Use ACAS to scan and remediate vulnerabilities in a classified network environment
- Assist IT staff with maintaining classified networks, to include configuration change requests, system hardening, and troubleshooting high level issues
- Assist Systems Administrator with configuring or troubleshooting Server group policy settings and Active Directory management
- Assist Classified Internal Network Architect, lead workstation compliance and architecture changes to include periodic patching and upgrades
- Responsible for overall classified network compliance for government / third party inspections and overall system security posture
- Contribute to the overall safety of our classified networks, workstations and data in regard to cyber security and compliance
- Compliance with Risk Management Framework for DoD Networks
- Contribute to the overall Information Systems team, and the Navy business unit in adjacent work areas when needed
