Overview
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical expertise in telecom engineering and operational support of current and new technologies to the Local Area Network (LAN). As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the technical integrity of the system baseline over time.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage telecommunications networks to support voice and data services
- Analyze and design voice networks, LAN and WAN data networks, wireless networks, and/or network management systems
- Perform and provide for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems
Certifications
- IA Level: IAT-II One of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, CND, SSCP, CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH
- One of the following additional certifications: CCSE NGX, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, SCNA, CCSE NGX Plus NG with AI, CCMSE NG with AI, CSMSE NG with AI Plus VSX, NSA, ESE
