The Electronic Warfare & Signal Processing group is looking to hire an experienced Principal Systems Algorithm Analyst with knowledge and technical expertise in algorithms analysis to support the design, development, and deployment of software products containing advanced RF capabilities to address emerging threats. This position requires the ability to drive technical solutions for multi-disciplined technical teams during all phases of capture and development.
This position is full-time on-site in El Segundo, CA in support of Advanced Technologies programs.
What You Will Do
- Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges involving multiple subsystem and system interactions (system of systems) as an Individual Contributor, Technical Lead, or both, specific to furthering advanced algorithms prototyping, development, and integration into software products.
- Understand the customer's architecture needs and desired capabilities and participate in prototype proof of concept algorithm design and development.
- Selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain special access program (SAP) clearance and / or an SCI clearance.

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
