Job#: 2048547Job Description:Apex Systems has an opening available for a Software Integrator with one of our GovCon clients. The Software Integrator will support the development (limited), integration, test, demonstration of multi-INT sensor framework (Joint Capabilities Integration & Development (JICD) Common Services). Primarily activities will be receiving vendor delivered source code and containerized components, maintain code libraries, inspect/compile code in lab, build and maintain demonstration systems, integration with external systems (sensors, other software), possibly development/modification of new capabilities. Qualifications
- Software development experience in (Python, Java, C )
- Linux System Administrator experience: data center management, local area networks, and serving static, dynamic and streaming content over the web.
- Ability to build a Linux system from scratch, take delivery of Docker containers from software developers, and install/configure them (with reach-back support to developers if needed)
- Familiarity with Docker to building and deploying containerized apps
- Lab/Field Demo/experimentation support
- SIGINT or Multi-INT sensor experience desired
- Candidate selected must have a minimum of an active TS with an ability to obtain an SCI.
- 15 yrs experience preferred, and an ability to lead junior developers.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or other technical discipline.
- Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required.
- JICD experience - a big plus
- Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA) - a plus
- Familiarity with Kubernetes - a plus
- Certifications: Linux CE (a plus)
