We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing team in Sterling, VA supporting a new, fast-paced U.S. Space Force (USSF) program. You will get to be part of a team of fun and energized engineers and culture of sharing information amongst teammates working within a product family to field a Mission Management and Command and Control application for a new USSF capability.

The Opportunity Opportunity to serve as a Scrum Master responsible for leading teams in the planning, executing, and monitoring of software deliverables. With our team, you can expect to work with highly motivated technical teammates focused on collaboration, personal and product growth, and mission-focused execution.

Qualifications Required :

• A U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret SCI clearance
• College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• 3 years related technical experience
• Certified Scrum Master / Scrum Practitioner or SAFe Agilist with significant experience with Scrum teams and use of continuous integration tools and techniques in test-driven development
• A minimum of three (3) solid years of experience supporting software development and integration
• Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, configuration management, quality assurance, and release management
• Previous experience with JIRA

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is $78,700 - $165,300
