L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Lithography Process Engineer for our Palm Bay, FL location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting lithography tools and processes, performing data analysis for development and production work, identifying process issues and optimization opportunities, and providing sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
This role requires regular interactions with equipment vendors, operations management, and various engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor wafer manufacturing operations, advanced packaging, and/or wafer-level processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify, setup, and operate semiconductor lithography equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Perform DOE's and process verification to bring new tools and processes online
- Develop, optimize, and own lithography processes to drive device performance and yield improvement
- Create statistical process control (SPC) documentation
