Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented System Administrator with the focus of Cisco Networks, to join our team in Laurel, MD. Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:
- Strong background in Cisco FirePower Firewalls.
- Must maintain and upgrade networks, including routers and switches.
- Must update and configure virus protection software and other programs to keep the networks secure.
- Must apply Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) fixes to switches and Software Test and Evaluation (STE) policies.
- Designing and planning the network for Cisco NEXUS switches.
- Setting up, and maintaining a Cisco network.
- Must be able to configure Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) for device administration on switches.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools (Solarwinds).
- Shall have ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Able to download software and upgrade Cisco switches and firewalls.
- IAT II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of start. Preferred Qualifications:
- Fifteen (15) years' experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Familiarity with Solarwinds
- Familiarity with LatteART and XACTA Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
- Must be a US Citizen Physical Requirements:
- The candidate must be able to move, carry and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer's desk.
