Job Summary:

In this role, you'll architect and lead large-scale virtualization initiatives that directly support critical national security operations. You'll design and implement sophisticated virtual environments that enable thousands of users to securely access mission-essential systems, while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Duties & Impacts:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale virtualization solutions supporting up to 50,000 users
• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives through innovative virtualization strategies
• Design and deploy high-availability solutions ensuring 99.9% system uptime
• Architect secure remote access solutions meeting strict federal security requirements
• Develop automation frameworks that enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain documentation for mission-critical systems and processes
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret clearance and willingness to obtain CI Poly
• Strong expertise in enterprise Citrix server infrastructure and scaling methodologies
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware
• Track record of implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation solutions
• Deep understanding of enterprise virtualization security principles
• Background in architecting high-availability solutions for large user bases
