Technical Writer - TS/SCI with Polygraph
Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team at GDIT. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in transforming technology into opportunity and helping agencies operate more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and review ITD technical products for proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax, as well as logic, clarity, and consistency.
- E nsure that style and format conform to agency publication standards and that language presentation is consistent with prescribed style guides and specialized vocabulary of subject matter fields.
- A mends draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics to ensure the content supports and is consistent with the accompanying text.
- E nsures proper classification markings in accordance with provided guidance.
- Works with authors to revise products for narrative organization, and negotiates further revisions as needed.
Requirements:
- Required Education and Experience: BA/BS 8 years
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
- Location: On Customer Site
