Car Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service, enabling them to effectively assist customers and drive sales. This role involves engaging with customers, managing inventory, and utilizing software tools to enhance the sales process.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
• Utilize sales software to manage customer interactions and document sales activities.
• Participate in outside sales initiatives, representing the company at events or in the community to expand market reach.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
• Uphold company standards for phone etiquette while communicating with customers over the phone.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of outbound sales techniques and market trends is desirable.
• Proficiency in using sales software and other relevant technology tools.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.48 - $13.06 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
