Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too. Time Management.
Product, service, and image fall under the Shift Leaders, the cornerstones of Marco's.
We are looking for FUTURE MANAGERS, we are willing to train you if you have what it takes.
We are opening a lot of stores and are looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers.
They are very well paid and have various incentives in place.
