Maintenance Technician

Location: Home Office in Lexington, KY (requires travel to surrounding counties)

**Responsibilities:**
- Promptly complete work and repair orders while maintaining a high quality of work.
- Accurately estimate the time and scope of repairs and maintenance required.
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to keep property equipment and structures in optimal condition.
- Manage the inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring availability when needed.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of outside contractors as required to ensure standards are met.
- Regularly perform thorough inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues.
- Implement effective pest control measures as required.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in property maintenance, with skills in electrical and plumbing systems.
- Strong familiarity with a variety of maintenance tools and equipment. Must possess and maintain personal basic tools.
- Physical capability to handle an intensive workload.
- Ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology to maintain records and manage work orders efficiently.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; mileage will be reimbursed.
- Flexible availability, including potential on-call hours for emergencies.
