What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Top Shooters?
Top Shooters is a well-established fast-paced sports bar with a full kitchen & full bar. We are seeking to hire highly motivated and reliable barbacks that enjoy working in a lively environment. As a Barback, you will be an essential part of the bartending team, supporting bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your core skill in cleaning will ensure that the bar is well-maintained and ready for service. You will also be in charge of opening and closing the bar properly to our standards and making sure we are keeping safe work environment throughout every shift! Barbacks on make hourly $10, and after tip out it averages out between $15-$20 per hour! We look forward to you joining out team!
