The Financial Transactions Specialist will play a critical role in our payroll team by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. This person will also provide support to the accounting team and help maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions accurately and on time, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support the accounting team with tasks such as reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and labor standards
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies or irregularities in financial transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in financial transactions, preferably in payroll
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial software and systems
