About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Tax Analyst to join our growing tax team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in U.S. tax principles and experience in international tax compliance and planning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support global tax initiatives and ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review U.S. international tax forms including Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865.
- Assist with international tax compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives.
- Research international tax issues and prepare technical documentation.
- Support the global tax provision process (ASC 740).
- Monitor global tax law changes and assist in evaluating their impact on the company.
- Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and business units.
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CTA, or EA required.
- 4 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department.
- Solid understanding of U.S. international tax concepts (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTCs).
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems (e.g., Corptax, OneSource, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
