Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist with experience in Business Central ERP or SAP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, process, and manage customer orders accurately in Business Central ERP or SAP.
- Verify order details, including product codes, pricing, and shipping information.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns per company guidelines.
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order processing.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in order entry, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Business Central ERP or SAP is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
