What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Collaboration and Messaging Engineer position at Top Stack?
Our client is seeking a Collaboration and Messaging Engineer to join their team. This person will advance the workplace, communications, and collaboration capabilities and platforms utilized by their Sales team. This person will lay out the workplace architecture for the field partners and collect feedback from them, identify gaps, work with technology owners, get buy-in from stake holders, and implement solutions.
This is a hybrid position and candidates must be willing to work 3 days on site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Deep understanding of workplace and messaging technologies.
- Experience working with field/sales personnel
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 11 and other Microsoft operating systems: Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and securing Windows servers.
- Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Azure, 365, etc.
