We have an open position for an experienced Business Development Manager on our team.
Active AZ real estate license required. Please do not send your resume unless you have a current AZ real estate license.
This position is solely focused on bringing in new business accounts for property management. Minimum 2 years of sales experience required. No compensation ceiling on how much you can make with this position. Qualified candidates must have a positive attitude, be proactive, self-motivated, driven, & work well unsupervised.
About us :
Rosenbaum Realty Group began in 2012 as a husband & wife team, and we are a growing property management & residential real estate brokerage. We specialize in investment properties, multi-family & single-family property management, and we currently manage about 500 units. Over 60% of our units managed are in Mesa alone. The remaining are spread out valley-wide, but mostly consist in Phoenix, Tempe, and Apache Junction. About 80% of our doors are multi-family apartments, and 20% are single-family homes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contact incoming leads.
- Running rental comparison & rental market analysis.
- Network, develop, & nurture partner relationships with other Realtors & other lead sources.
- Capturing, cultivating and closing leads!
Qualifications and Skills
Compensation : DOE & negotiable starting salary between $35K-$45K plus commission bonus structure.
