Position : Sales Executive
Job Description :
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and secure new customers for air and ocean import / export shipments, along with custom brokerage services. This role requires a proactive sales approach to build relationships, increase business opportunities with existing customers, and generate new leads for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate new and existing customer relationships to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Develop and implement action plans to engage leads and close sales
- Increase retention and shipment frequency with existing customers
- Identify new customer segments and target key customers, in collaboration with the President
- Partner with Logistics Coordinators to manage the sales process, including project management, tracking open shipments, issue resolution, and overall customer service
