Incentive Structure : Earn a 5% commission on the gross margin of loads booked by your branch during your first calendar year. Following this period, you will be eligible for a target bonus of up to $50,000, contingent on your team meeting its EBITDA plan.
Job Summary :
The Branch Manager will oversee the sales and operations of a freight brokerage branch, driving profitability and performance. This role requires a strong operational leader who can optimize efficiency while fostering a sales-driven culture. The primary focus will be on operations and process management, ensuring that service delivery, profitability, and team performance are at their highest levels. This position offers broad leadership responsibilities, including profit & loss (P&L) management, budgeting, forecasting, hiring, training, and team development. The ideal candidate will be an experienced transportation leader with a proven ability to scale operations while maintaining service excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operational & Financial Leadership :
- Oversee day-to-day freight brokerage operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L to meet EBITDA goals.
- Identify target industries and modes for the branch to focus on for maximum revenue growth.
- Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
