Overview: Our client is a leading freight brokerage company with over 50 years of experience, and is looking to add an Account Executive to join their growing team in the Jacksonville FL office.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales of cross-border freight services
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and network
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with operations team to efficiently manage freight movement and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed monthly/ quarterly sales targets and gross profit goals
- Qualifications:1-5 years of experience in freight brokerage or a related transportation/logistics role.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients
- Strong Sales skills and a proven track record of success in a hunter/ new business development role
- Familiarity with the freight industry, including knowledge of pricing, capacity, and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
