Position : LTL Coordinator
Work Location : Windham, NH (Onsite)
Compensation : $45K-$55K
Responsibilities :
- Work with sales representatives, ensuring all shipper customer loads are covered by respectable carriers with the appropriate qualifications, equipment, and insurance to perform the service required
- Prepare management-approved rate quotations that meet profit objectives
- Accurately enter loads, appointments, and other relevant data into the Company’s Transportation Management System (“TMS”)
- Prepare, process, and review all required shipping documentation prior to distribution, including pre-claim paperwork
- Track, trace, and report accurate and up-to-date shipment statuses to customers, providing delivery confirmation to customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to enhance capacity and create new opportunities for our clients customer base
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining clear, professional communication
