Position Overview:
- Supervise employees and provide oversight on key operational areas, including: Quality, Safety, Sanitation, Cost-containment & efficiency of materials.
- Coordinate, oversee, and inspect project work.
- Ensure compliance with safety, repair, sanitation, and paperwork requirements.
- Manage work schedules and assignments.
- Prepare work orders and shift write-ups.
- Monitor, record, and take appropriate actions for compliance with Food Safety & Quality Plans.
Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience (food processing background preferred).
- Preferred: 4-year degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance or Technology.
- Certifications in Sanitary Welding, Boiler Operation, Wastewater Treatment, and Electrical Systems are beneficial but not required.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, welding, boilers, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and lead a team effectively.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
