We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Professional Recruiter to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact by identifying and placing top-tier talent with leading companies in the construction and building materials industry.

Position Overview:

As a Professional Recruiter at Top Talent, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing high-quality candidates in roles within the construction and building materials industry. You will develop relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs to ensure the perfect match. This is a high-energy role that requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for helping both businesses and individuals succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and needs.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client opportunities.
• Maintain a candidate database and build a pipeline of talent for future roles.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the construction and building materials industry to provide clients with market insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
