- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Bookkeeper - Accountant, your day will revolve around keeping our financial operations running like a well-oiled machine. You will generate and process invoices with precision, ensuring payments are collected and accounts are reconciled in a timely manner. Vendor invoices will be paid accurately and on schedule, allowing us to maintain strong partnerships. Occasionally, you will assist with dispatching appointments, contributing to the seamless coordination of our services.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 3 years of accounting experience
Experience with Service Titan or experience working for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical companies is preferred.
