Data Analyst- Position Overview : Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Excel-based processes and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel functions and formulas, a strong background in ?nancials as well as the ability to analyze data effectively and create reports to re?ect KPIs. Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets and models to support various business functions. Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and understand the needs of different departments. Perform data analysis using Excel to extract insights and support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing validation checks and quality assurance measures. Provide training and support to colleagues on Excel best practices and techniques. Stay updated on new Excel features and functionalities to continuously improve processes. Measure qualitative and quantitative data.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant ?eld OR equivalent work experience.
Must be bilingual in Spanish Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Excel Specialist or similar role.
Advanced pro?ciency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
A strong mathematic or ?nancial background is imperative.
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (30-40 hours per week) Hybrid Schedule 2 Days in the office
Pay Rate : $70,000
