Top Ten Liquors is hiring an assistant manager for our Andover location. We are looking for a results driven assistant store manager who will be able to enhance customer satisfaction and help create a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and train employees
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Deal with issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of high performance
- Additional assistant store manager duties as needed
Requirements
- Candidate must have 2 years experience in a fast-paced retail store
- Candidate must be at least 21 years old
- Candidate must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs
