Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate attorney specializing in complex business litigation and arbitration across various substantive areas, including real estate, trademarks, copyrights, securities, insurance, franchisor / franchisee disputes, and corporate partnership issues. Required Experience :
- Trial Skills : Strong experience in hearings and depositions, with the ability to navigate trial settings with appropriate oversight.
- Complex Business Litigation : Proven expertise in partnership and shareholder disputes, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and breaches of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, as well as commercial contracts.
- Real Estate Litigation : Experience in developer litigation, broker defense, real estate lender disputes, and real estate partnership conflicts.
- AM Law 200 Experience : Familiarity with the demands and pace of private practice within a law firm environment.
- Writing Skills : Proficient in complex legal drafting and documentation.
