Key Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience and / or judicial clerkship experience.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent academic credentials, including law review, preferred.
- Former judicial clerks highly preferred.
- California Bar admission preferred.
