Our client is a well respected design, and construction company in civil and structure engineering. For ever 21 years that have worked on renowned projects domestically and globally. The candidate will be an important part in in leading and managing the technical aspects of complex structural engineering projects.
This role involves leading the development of advanced structural designs, conducting field assessments, and solving construction challenges. Collaborating with senior project managers, design engineers, and contractors, you'll ensure project success, compliance with standards, and effective issue resolution, while driving innovative solutions in structural engineering.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer) plus/bonus, not a must
- Minimum of ten 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
Certificates and Licenses
- P.E. is required, S.E. License is a Plus
- LEED certification is a Plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a Plus

Skills and CRMS Needed:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some knowledge or experience in the following:
· Microsoft package Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Internal software.
· ADAPT PT, SP Column, ETABS, RISA3D, SAP2000, or similar programs.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software is a plus.
· Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF viewing software.
· Execute detailed design calculations for various structural systems, including steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and foundations, in accordance with the latest codes and standards.
· The ability and curiosity to learn new software is a plus
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
