Key Requirements:
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- Over 5 years of experience in defending employment litigation matters
- Proven expertise in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Experience with class actions and PAGA claims is advantageous
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
