Experience Required:
3 years in commercial business litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting depositions and managing witness preparation.
- Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive and procedural motions.
- Representing clients in court appearances for hearings, conferences, and trials.
- Managing electronic discovery processes, including document review and production.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic credentials and a proven record of success in litigation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage complex legal issues effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $135,000 to $160,000 (based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors).
