Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – New Jersey (Hackensack) or New York Office
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their New York or New Jersey office. This role requires a candidate with strong experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct title and survey reviews
- Assist with commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financings
- Support leasing transactions
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with team members to support transactions
- Prepare and review legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including filing, document management, and correspondence
Qualifications
- Education: College degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Experience: 5 years of experience in commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $76,500 to $179,000, based on experience
