Construction Litigation Paralegal – San Antonio, TX
Our client is seeking a Paralegal with 3 years of experience to support its Construction business unit in the San Antonio office. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, a keen attention to detail, strong written and oral communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in construction litigation is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft routine correspondence and legal documents
- Collect, organize, and review records
- Assist with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
- Manage commercial and/or construction litigation files from intake to settlement
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and other qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
