Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions to join their M&A Group. Associates will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team representing clients in public and private company transactions, as well as takeover defense matters, including shareholder activism, across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling M&A transactions and advising on public company matters
- Managing deals and negotiations effectively
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of corporate law and market terms

Qualifications:
- Significant experience in M&A transactions, particularly with public companies
- Strong corporate law knowledge and deal management skills
- U.S. law firm experience with excellent academic credentials
- Ability to assume high levels of responsibility and work independently

Compensation:
- Salary range: $310,000 to $420,000 annually
