Our client is seeking candidates with 2 to 10 years of patent prosecution experience to join their Silicon Valley office. The ideal candidate will have experience serving as a primary contact for start-up clients. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or Physics is required, with a preference for candidates holding an M.S. or higher or possessing equivalent experience.
Candidates must have:
- Passed the patent bar.
- A strong technological background and superior academic credentials.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $112,500 to $250,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
A discretionary performance-based bonus may also be available to eligible employees.
