We are currently seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate with at least three (3 ) years of relevant experience to support our client's growing and highly regarded technology transactions practice. This position is available in their California (San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley), New York, or Washington DC offices.
Job Description:
Our client's technology transactions practice handles complex and innovative transactions for a range of prominent companies, including startups, digital media, consumer technology, and life sciences firms, both domestically and internationally. The practice collaborates closely with their Corporate Group, which is highly ranked in areas such as startup ventures, IPOs, and M&A in technology and life sciences. The practice also works in tandem with their Intellectual Property and Litigation Groups, both of which have national and international recognition.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and technology licensing, intellectual property transactions, digital media, content licensing, and distribution, as well as M&A and the technology aspects of corporate transactions. While law firm experience is preferred, candidates with in-house experience are also welcome to apply, provided they have prior law firm experience. Superior academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
The candidate must be barred in the state of the office for which they are applying, or be eligible to sit for or waive into the bar exam of the respective jurisdiction.

The anticipated salary range for this position is:
$260,000 - $390,000
The final salary offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, professional licenses, and location. A discretionary performance-based bonus may also be available for eligible employees. Additional information regarding benefits and bonuses will be provided upon request.
