Immigration Associate – Flexible Location
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-5 years of experience to join their Immigration Practice Group. The preferred location is Austin, TX, but other office locations will be considered for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employment-based immigration matters including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs.
- Advise clients on a variety of immigration issues.
- Assist with the preparation of petitions and applications for submission to USCIS.
- Provide direct counsel to clients and guide them through complex immigration processes.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of immigration law experience, with a focus on employment-based cases.
- Strong experience in preparing and filing immigration petitions, including H-1Bs, PERMs, and I-140s.
- Excellent advocacy, research, and writing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 annually (based on full-time work schedule).
