The firm’s practice is renowned for handling innovative patent, trade secrets, and commercial disputes, particularly in the high technology, software, digital media, and semiconductor industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispute Management: Oversee patent and trade secrets disputes.
- Litigation Handling: Manage complex litigation cases within high-tech sectors.
- Review Petitions: Work on inter partes review petitions (preferred).
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Preferred Background:
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bar Admission:
- Admission to the relevant bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
