What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor & Employment Associate position at Top Tier Reps LLC?
Our client is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of general litigation experience in Texas and federal courts to join our Labor and Employment team. The preferred location for this position is San Antonio; however, candidates in Dallas, Austin, and Houston will also be considered. While some experience or background in employment-related litigation is strongly preferred, it is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Litigating employment-related claims
- Representing employers before administrative agencies
- Providing services to employers in employment-related matters
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels. Admission to practice law in Texas is required.
