Our client is seeking a Mid-level Associate to join their highly regarded Product Liability team in the Milwaukee office. This fast-paced, national litigation practice is looking for a candidate with 5-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation, particularly in personal injury and/or product liability defense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling fact and expert discovery
- Drafting and arguing procedural, evidentiary, and dispositive motions
- Participating in court conferences, hearings, and trials
