Position Overview

The firm is seeking US-qualified Project Finance Associates with 3 to 6 years of experience to join its expanding Energy and Infrastructure team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in project development and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of project development and finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
• Work on energy and infrastructure projects, representing sponsors, lenders, and government entities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to provide informed legal counsel.

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​Juris Doctor (JD) is essential.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in project finance, preferably within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• New York bar admission.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
