Real Estate Finance Associate (3rd-6th Year)
Location: Washington, D.C.
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join the Finance Group within their Real Estate Department in Washington, D.C.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Substantive experience representing lenders in mortgage, mezzanine, and construction real estate loans.
- Familiarity with acquisition and disposition transactions (preferred).
- Strong academic credentials.
- Previous experience working in a law firm setting.
- Admission to the D.C. Bar (required).
