Hybrid Schedule – 3 Days Onsite
Base Salary: $100,000 – $146,000 Bonus Comprehensive Benefits

In this role, you will lead compensation initiatives, ensure compliance with legal standards, and provide strategic insights that influence pay practices and policies. The ideal candidate has deep experience in compensation analysis within the legal or professional services industry and excels at managing compensation cycles from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyze firm-wide compensation data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to establish competitive salary structures
Lead annual compensation planning processes including merit increases and bonus cycles
Utilize MarketPay and maintain HRIS data integrity, preferably in Workday
Collaborate with HR leadership to communicate and implement compensation strategies
Respond to compensation-related requests and provide guidance to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of compensation analysis experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Proficiency with MarketPay and HRIS platforms like Workday
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus
Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Proven track record managing compensation processes independently and collaboratively
Experience in salary survey participation, job leveling, and compensation data management
