Trust & Estate Paralegal – NYC, Northern NJ, Boca Raton, or Palm Beach

Salary: $76K – $163K plus bonus
Our client, a top Am 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced trust & estate administration paralegal to join their team in New York, New Jersey, or Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate, estate tax preparation, and asset distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate filings and trust funding.
- Communicate with clients, financial planners, and accountants regarding estate matters.
- Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings.
- Manage estate asset distribution and coordinate deed transfers.
- Ensure compliance with New York, New Jersey, and Florida probate laws (experience with all is a plus).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust administration.
- Prior experience at an Am 100/200 law firm or similar is required.
- Strong proficiency in estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
- A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred (JD candidates may also be considered).
