Trusts & Estates Administration Paralegal – NJ, NY, or FL
Our client is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with 5 years of experience to join their offices in New Jersey, New York, or Florida. The role involves managing all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate (knowledge of New Jersey, New York, and Florida probate law is a plus).
Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive communication with clients, financial planners, and accountants.
- Preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings.
- Distribution of estate assets and trust funding, including deed work.
- Coordination and management of all estate administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency with estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word.
- The ability to prioritize and stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
Additional qualifications:
- A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred.
- A JD/paralegal candidate will also be considered.
Our client offers a competitive salary, with a range of $76,500 to $162,500, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
