Probate and Fiduciary Disputes Associate / Counsel
Location : Boca Raton
Our client is seeking an attorney with probate administration and litigation experience to join its 24-attorney Private Client Services department in the new Boca Raton office. With trusts and estates partners located in Connecticut, New York, and Florida, this role offers an excellent professional development opportunity for an associate with 6-10 years of experience in probate administration and litigation. Experience should include court appearances, trial experience, and guardianship litigation.
This position offers significant responsibility, including direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters involving high-net-worth clients.
Qualifications :
- 6-10 years of experience in probate administration and litigation, including court and trial experience
- Experience in guardianship litigation is a plus
- Strong organizational, verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice in Florida
